Please note that we assume someone is at the given address during normal business hours to collect a parcel. If you need delivery outside of normal office hours, please let us know. This might lead to extra charges.
How to request a return:
If we have delivered a defective product or the incorrect item, or the goods were damaged in transit, you can request a return by emailing us at email@example.com
Provided you email us within 14 days of the invoice date, we will collect your order at our expense, and send you a replacement or a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
