DELIVERY

Courier to Your Door:

Delivery charges for orders:

• NATIONWIDE – R100
• OUTLYING AREA DELIVERIES – R150 
• Orders over R1100 qualify for free delivery

Please note that we assume someone is at the given address during normal business hours to collect a parcel.  If you need delivery outside of normal office hours, please let us know.  This might lead to extra charges.

Other options:

• Postnet to Postnet - R100

Delivery Time:

• GAUTENG – 1-3 business days once order has been processed.  Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days.
• NATIONWIDE – 2-5 business days once order has been processed.  Orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days. 

 

RETURNS

How to request a return:

If we have delivered a defective product or the incorrect item, or the goods were damaged in transit, you can request a return by emailing us at paintbynumbersza@gmail.com

Return period:

Provided you email us within 14 days of the invoice date, we will collect your order at our expense, and send you a replacement or a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
