Durban Beach
Durban Beach
This is a beautiful image of Durban.
Durban was founded in 1835 already and named after Sir Benjamin D'Urban, the governor of the Cape Colony at that time. It became a town in 1854 and in 1935 it became a city and today Durban is the second largest city in South Africa. Durbs has a distinct laid-back holiday feel about it (probably because of the great beaches and surf spots!) and is also know as the curry capital as well - so foodies, if you want to taste proper curries, best you head to Durban and try them out!
This 40 x 50cm version of this image is fairly challenging and has 22 colours. Each box contains a stretched, printed and numbered canvas, paint, brushes and a page detailing the numbers for an extra reference.
