New York

New York...I can never say this city's name with singing it.  I visited this city once for a few days and I swear my heart started beating faster the moment we landed there.  This city is truly the city that never sleeps.  I LOVED the place, the little streets, the apartment buildings.  I would give anything to be able to live there for a year or two. 

The Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Dean and Deluca, Times Square, so much to see and do.  Just over 8 million people live in New York, and the borough of Brooklyn alone would rank as the fourth largest city in the US.  The first pizzeria in the USA opened in New York in 1895.  The reserve bank in New York has the largest gold storage in the world and the Public Library is the 3rd largest in the world, with over 50 million books and pieces.  New York is as diverse as the more than 800 languages being spoken there, and if you ever have the chance to visit - jump! 

This canvas and it's pastel colours can be a nice reminder of time spent in New York, or of places you still want to visit.  It is a 40 x 50cm canvas and is not too challenging with it's 27 colours.  Each box contains a stretched, printed and numbered canvas, paint, brushes and a page detailing the numbers for an extra reference.
