Striped Vase

This beautiful striped vase immediately caught my eye when I looked at Tia's work.  This is a lovely light-hearted image, with beautiful colours.  I like the slightly condensed look of the image as well, allowing the flowers and vase to fill most of the image and even spilling over the sides, giving the idea of abundance. 

This is one of two stunning new canvasses we have added to our range, which we created in collaboration with a local artist.  We teamed up with Cape Town based artist, Tia Gerber, to bring you these two new canvasses to paint.  

Tia believes that a light heart lives long.  She paints happiness.  Inspired by interior design, light, colour combinations and textures.  Her paintings live between the abstract and real.

This 40 x 50cm version of her canvas is relatively challenging and has 27 colours.  Each box contains a stretched, printed and numbered canvas, paint, brushes and a page detailing the numbers for an extra reference.
